San Diego, California, June 29, 2005 — HealthLine Systems, Inc. CEO Dan Littrell announced leadership changes that expand resources for clients, underscoring HealthLine's vision of unparalleled client service with industry-leading technology. “These advances will provide our clients with an expanded menu of solutions—new opportunities for improved outcomes,” said CEO Littrell. “This is one more reason HealthLine clients achieve uncommon results.”
Jill Sturges, Executive Vice President, will lead HealthLine Systems' newly formed consulting division. As an original founder of the company, Jill developed and led HealthLine Client Services for nearly twenty years. Under her leadership, HealthLine has earned industry-wide distinction for exceptional client service with responsive support. Jill brings her unique understanding of HealthLine client needs to the emerging consulting division. She will deploy company-wide expertise to deliver a full line of consulting services that compliment HealthLine contact center and credentialing software. Clients will benefit from comprehensive consulting solutions in the areas of process improvement, operations, strategy, and outcomes.
Enabling Jill’s amplified role, Barb Robinette will assume responsibilities for client services leadership as Vice President, Client Services. Prior to her three years at HealthLine as Vice President for Managed Care, Barb served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for a national managed care organization where she led client implementations and managed operations in 14 offices with 250 people. Barb will collaborate with Jill and work closely with Andy Allemao, Director of Client Relationship Management and Lisa Rothmuller, Manager of Echo/QEW Client Solutions to ensure that HealthLine clients continue to receive the superior service to which they’ve become accustomed.
