Implementation Specialist

Manage successful implementation of HLS software products at client sites. Coordinate resolution of client issues associated with successful implementation. Analyze business needs and make recommendations for automation opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops implementation project plans appropriate for each client.
  • Manages software implementation projects and the resources necessary to ensure a smooth transition with multiple clients simultaneously.  Reviews commitments for technical services, training and project management, ensuring that all commitments are executed according to contractual obligations
  • Manages ongoing status meetings and communication with clients to ensure that the implementation project is moving forward in a manner consistent with the project plan. Coordinates resolution of client issues and concerns.

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • 2+ years software implementation or senior level technical support; healthcare experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Have professional poise and comfort with leading discussions with client decision makers, end-users and IT professionals.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Client Support/Training Specialist

We are seeking Client Support/Training Specialists to provide end-user support and training for our medical credentialing, call center, quality, and optometric office software.

Support Responsibilities:

Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve software issues over the telephone and via a web-based remote desktop control tool.

Training Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training in our training facilities, at customer sites, or via the Internet.
  • Analyze training needs, develop training objectives, and select appropriate instructional techniques and methodologies for the delivery of training.
  • Develop new product training workbooks and materials and periodically update existing ones.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly assess client requests and identify solutions.
  • 1-2 years software training or support experience highly preferred.
  • Strong customer-focused orientation.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 2000 and XP Operating Systems in a LAN/WAN environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.
  • BS/BA in a related program

Additional knowledge:

  • Practical knowledge of relational database management.
  • Healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Crystal reports is a plus.
  • Experience with web-based training desired.
  • Working knowledge of technical writing for the development of course materials.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Computer Support Specialist to support network operations and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day hardware/software support (installation, maintenance, upgrade, monitoring) for the local area network.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems involving computer (hardware and software), communications systems (internet, e-mail, voicemail, telephone), and network security issues.
  • Assist with implementation of new technologies.

Skills necessary to succeed in this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred; or equivalent current experience and relevant certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in computer support
  • Proficiency with desktop application software and hardware including MS Windows, Symantec and MS Office Suites
  • A general understanding of basic LAN, connectivity, router administration and network administration
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamically changing environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs. and work in confined spaces
